renew your ArlingtonSEPTA membership for the 2011-2012 school year, if you have not already done so, and please join us for the general meeting on Wednesday, January 11, 2012, at 6:30-8:30pm at the APS Education Center, 1426 N Quincy St, Arlington VA 22207.
During the upcoming months, our activities will focus primarily on providing parent-to-parent support, social skills programs for children with special needs, and co-sponsoring Parent Resource Center workshops. For more information, please see our
Events page. If there is another program for which you would like to serve as the lead coordinator, I would welcome the opportunity to discuss it.
As we plan to continue and build on the successful events of last year, our first full year as a PTA, we still have vacancies on the executive team as well as a number of other committee and coordinator positions. Please check our
About Us page, if you would like to take on one of these positions, please contact me or Theresa Waddell, our immediate past president.
