Thank you again to everyone who submitted feedback to SEPTA, the response was incredible! From over 500 questions and comments submitted to us over the last month we developed the questions for the Town Hall based on common themes and the most pressing issues we found. While we have shared all the feedback we received with APS, we have asked our panelists to prepare for the questions we developed in order to more efficiently get through as many topics as possible in the time we have. We hope to have time at the end to respond to some more questions, but considering we typically only get to about 20-25 questions in our annual Superintendent Chat, it is may not be possible.

We all hear you and hope this event helps provide clarity on some issues and an understanding of the complexity of others.  We know this situation is far from ideal for everyone but we are confident we can all work together to find new paths forward.
