Superintendent’s Chat
Each year, usually in the fall, the APS superintendent and his staff take questions from SEPTA members. This is one of the most productive advocacy events of the year. Summer Activity Fair – January/February
School is out in just six months! What are the options for summer learning and adventure. SEPTA invites vendors from near and far. Day camps and Sleep-away camps, social skills or outdoor adventure. There is something for every child.
Awards & Recognition
Arlington SEPTA’s Awards for Excellence in Supporting Special Education are held each spring to recognize outstanding contributions from Professionals, Schools and Programs, Parents, Volunteers and Students.

Special Movie Event – June
An Inclusive Invitation for Families with Special Needs
Held every June, a new release is shown as a “sensory-friendly” event, with the sound down, lights up, and you are free to move about as needed.
