Surveys for School Resource Officer (SRO) and Distance Learning and Students with Disabilities

11 Mar By Leave a Comment

We are seeking input from the community for two APS working groups. Please take time to provide your insights on students with disabilities and School Resource Officers and Distance Learning.

Both surveys are due March 19th.

Arlington Public Schools is in the process of reviewing its program to staff schools with police officers, known as school resource officers (SROs). In order to provide more informed input to this process, the Arlington Special Education Advisory Committee (ASEAC) and Special Education Parent-Teacher Association (SEPTA) are sponsoring a survey about students with disabilities’ experiences with school resource officers (SROs). All responses will be kept anonymous and confidential.
