SEPTA Thursday, March 20, 2025 Meeting: Promoting Self-Care Workshop (Web page link | English PDF) Join us for a rejuvenating self-care workshop designed for parents of students with disabilities. This session will explore what they call “surface self care” and “deep self care” to help better understand our stressors, regulate our emotions, and expand our window of tolerance in times of stress. Through journaling, guided reflection, and some shared breathwork, we hope to support adult well being and build our wellness toolkit, prioritizing connection along the way. Bring a journal, your comfy clothes and let’s recharge together.

Take time to recognize that exceptional teacher, parent, support staff or student who has gone above and beyond to champion students of all abilities.
